Expectations of Colleges, Divisions and Commissions

Below are the expectations of the colleges, divisions and commissions as they engage in the process of developing and implementing their Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plans:

  • Identify plan administrator(s) for each college / division / commission
  • Identify members to serve on team to develop strategic plan
  • Develop inventory of current initiatives connected to strategic priorities and related focus areas
  • Identify strategic priorities and related focus areas to include on strategic plan
  • Develop related goals, objectives, action steps, measures, etc.
  • Participate in training for new CampusLabs system
  • Build strategic plan in CampusLabs
  • Updated strategic plan as needed as goals/objectives are completed/added/changed
  • Enter outcomes / results in a timely manner
