The Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business believes in the power of mentoring and the effect mentors can have on a mentee's academic and professional success. We proudly offer professional-to-student and peer-to-peer mentoring programs and a LinkedIn community hub to connect, network and build relationships. The LinkedIn hub also serves as the entry to point to the professional-to-student and peer-to-peer private groups.

Peer-to-Peer
First-year, transfer or Pre-Business students are matched with upperclassmen business students. The Peer-to-Peer relationship is meant to help students transition into the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business and get involved in different organizations.

How to Sign up:
- Mentees: Sign-ups* will occur the last week of the Spring 2024 Semester and the first week of the Fall 2024 Semester.
- Mentors: Sign-ups* will occur the last week of the Spring 2024 Semester and the first week of the Fall 2024 Semester.

Professional-to-Student
Sophomore, junior and senior business students with declared majors will be matched with an alumni or friend of Clemson to create a professional mentor relationship.
Pre-business students will be placed in the Peer-to-Peer program until they officially declare a major.

- Mentees: Sign-ups* will occur the last week of the Spring 2024 Semester and the first week of the Fall 2024 Semester.
