The Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business believes in the power of mentoring and the effect mentors can have on a mentee's academic and professional success. We proudly offer professional-to-student and peer-to-peer mentoring programs and a LinkedIn community hub to connect, network and build relationships.

Peer-to-Peer and Professional-to-Student Mentoring

Peer-to-Peer: Matches pre-business students with upperclassmen in the Powers College of Business for guidance on navigating the college, clubs and organizations.

• Mentor (upper-class students) registration form

Professional-to-Student: Matches business students with a declared major with a professional mentor for career-focused mentorship, emphasizing professional development and industry insights.

Program opportunities: Mentees and mentors will have the opportunity to attend networking events, receive a monthly mentoring newsletter and more.

Important Dates:

• Mentee and mentor matching will take place Sept. 12-16.
• Mentee and mentor matches will be announced Sept. 17.
• Mentoring and Mocktails (mentees only) will take place in mid-October.
• The Mentoring Wrap-Up Reception will be in early April 2025.
