Rating System

1: Does not meet expectations

2: Demonstrates competency but some significant weaknesses

3: Good, but some flaws

4: Very good, only minor flaws

5: Excellent, almost flawless

Scoring Information

You will be scored from 1 to 5 in the following categories:

Comprehension and Content (15 available points)

  • Provided clear background and significance to the research question.

  • Clearly described the research strategy/design and the results/findings of the research.

  • Clearly described the conclusions, outcomes and impact of the research.

Engagement and Communication (25 available points)

  • Delivered presentation clearly and demonstrated understanding of the research.

  • Poster is organized, clear and visually appealing.

  • Graphs, tables and illustrations are engaging and enhance understanding.

  • Text is easy to read; content is clearly arranged; and there are no spelling and grammar mistakes.

  • Answers questions appropriately and confidently.
