Healthy Campus is one of three departments in Student Health Services. We provide population-level risk reduction and holistic well-being to our students. We create an environment where students thrive and develop lifelong patterns for health and well-being.

Health and Well-Being Coaching

Health and Well-Being Coaching is a personalized, student-centered program designed to help you thrive — academically, personally and beyond. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start or simply looking to build healthier habits, working with a certified Health and Wellness Coach can help you create meaningful, lasting change.

Based on an evidence-based program from The Duke Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults, this four-week mindfulness series is specifically designed to teach mindfulness and meditation as a way to manage stress and reduce anxiety.
