Mr. Lineberger serves as Principal at LB Coastal Capital and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating industrial development and acquisition opportunities across the southeast for real estate private equity clients and developers. Prior to LB Coastal Capital, Mr. Lineberger served as Director - Southeast for Lovett Industrial, a national industrial development firm, sourcing industrial real estate opportunities, managing due diligence efforts, entitlements, and financing procurement, leasing, and dispositions. Prior to Lovett Industrial, Mr. Lineberger was Managing Director at Capital Development Partners, a boutique industrial developer focused on port markets on the East and Gulf coasts. Mr. Lineberger led the execution of over 3 million square feet of industrial product and led acquisition and entitlement efforts for over 600 acres of industrial land across Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, and New Jersey representing over $1 billion in estimated total project cost. Mr. Lineberger earned both a master's degree in Real Estate Development and a BS in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Clemson University.
