Snelsire, Sawyer, & Robinson Clemson Career Workshop
The Snelsire, Sawyer, & Robinson Clemson Career Workshop (CCW) is an outreach program designed to support the readiness of high-achieving students to enter Clemson University. This is a two-year program in which students start the summer before going into their junior year of high school and are tracked through high school graduation. CCW is a Clemson recruitment program that enables rising high school juniors and seniors an opportunity to get an inside look into Clemson University while learning tips and tools needed to prepare for college and beyond.
Furthermore, the Clemson Career Workshop provides students with exposure to science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), arts and humanities, and social and behavioral sciences.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be a current high school sophomore at the time of application
- Be a high-achieving student
- Commit to participating in both the summer experiential components and the academic-year programming
- Open to students nationwide

Program History
The Clemson Career Workshop began in 1977 as the Engineering Workshop and later expanded to the Clemson Career Workshop to identify and recruit top tier talent to Clemson. In 2019, the workshop was re-named in honor of three individuals that were vital to the success of the program:
