IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Due to significant delays in receiving the NSF Travel grant notification, we understand
some authors may have already registered while others have been waiting for the grant
before registration. If you have registered for the conference, and will receive a travel
grant, then the host site will issue a reimbursement for conference registration expenses.
If you have not registered yet, a registration code will be provided to you to enable you to
register on the website. The mandatory registration deadline is April 30, 2025. Hence, if you
do not receive one of these awards you will still have time to register for the conference at the
“early bird rate” (April 30, 2025).
