MARK HESTER is a Lab Technologist in the Machining and Technical Services' Fabrication Shop. He joined the MTS team in November of 2025 after spending 15 years in Facilities. His background includes welding, fabrication, and facilities maintenance, as well as over a decade of experience as an Adjunct Welding Instructor, mentoring students from entry-level to advanced pipe welding. Additionally, he has over 25 years of experience in carpentry, commercial, and residential construction.
