Rural Health and Nutrition Team
ECHO facilitates high-impact research and evaluation that informs and sustains evidence-based health Extension programming, particularly the work of the Rural Health and Nutrition (RHN) team. The RHN team conducts programming in health promotion; chronic disease prevention and self-management; and policy, systems, and environmental supports for healthy food access and walkability.

Healthy Me-Healthy SC is a partnership between Clemson Extension and the Medical University of South Carolina to implement school-based wellness programming, support school and community gardens, mothers milk bank depots, and conduct chronic disease programming across South Carolina.
