Zhihong Ke is an assistant professor in the Management Department at Clemson University. Dr. Ke’s research examines the impact of healthcare delivery models and digital health technologies on patient access and health outcomes. Her recent work focuses on understanding how patients adapt to changes in healthcare access, such as clinic closures, and the role of telemedicine in mitigating disruptions. Her study on “Geographic and behavioral drivers of digital channel adoption: Insights from telemedicine and clinic closures’ provides valuable insights for healthcare providers navigating the transition from physical to digital service delivery. Dr. Ke holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and has published in top peerreviewed journals, including Information Systems Research, Production and Operations Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Decision Sciences and others.
