Profile

Dr. Zhihong Ke is an Assistant Professor in the Management Department at Clemson University's College of Business. She received her Ph.D. in Information and Decision Sciences from University of Minnesota and earned both her M.S. in Management Science and Engineering and B.E. in Management Information Systems from Xiamen University. Her general research interests lie at the intersection between economic, social, and technical aspects of Information Technology with an aim at analyzing mechanisms and designing digital interventions to increase welfare of stakeholders. Her current research focuses on User-Generated Content (UGC), Health IT, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, E-learning, Social Influence, Social Media, and Gamification with multi-method research designs (e.g., data mining, machine learning, econometrics, panel data models, randomized experiments, surveys, social network analysis) to triangulate research questions.
