SC Adopt-a-Stream Sponsorship

The SC Adopt-a-Stream citizen science program relies on a supportive community to keep workshops and materials free and available for all participants. As a program, we strongly believe in citizen science's impacts on career options, personal growth, conservation, and the democratization of scientific data. We are actively looking for partners who wish for this program to sustain and grow, changing how we manage our waterways for all our communities and watersheds.

Sponsorships provide chemical reagent refills to Certified Volunteers and program Trainers; free handbooks at workshops; monitoring kits in areas just beginning to monitor; and overall, support program growth. Special project funding has led to intentional monitoring and volunteer recruitment in specific watershed and geographies, STEM initiatives, outreach at schools, and more. Our team is ready to talk with you about how your appreciation of this program and financial support can result in a sustainable, impactful SC Adopt-a-Stream program for all our communities and watersheds.
