Student Judicial Board
The Student Judicial Board is a peer adjudication process run by the Office of Community and Ethical Standards in partnership with the Judicial Branch of Clemson University Student Government. Acting as an extension of the OCES adjudicatory body, the Student Judicial Board, often referred to as JBoard, gathers on a weekly basis to adjudicate student conduct cases in a formal hearing setting. Student Judicial Board members serve the OCES and Clemson mission by bringing education to the forefront of peer led behavioral intervention. Judicial Board members hear cases and sanction appropriately keeping the individual student and the greater Clemson community in mind. There are ample leadership opportunities outside of active membership and the board is open to any student from any major.
Membership to the Student Judicial Board is contingent upon a record check and subsequent interview period.
If you are interested in joining the Student Judicial Board and Judicial Branch of Student Government, please contact Assistant Director of OCES, Abby Dill.
