Training
We understand that learning a new system can feel overwhelming. That’s why a dedicated training team is already hard at work preparing a robust support plan for all Workday users. Our goal is to provide and collaborate with stakeholders on training that feels personal, focuses on what you need to know, and prepares you for using Workday after go-live.
This team will be with you to ensure faculty, staff, and student workers have the tools and confidence to successfully and efficiently use Workday. Training will include, but not be limited to, instructor-led sessions, step-by-step guides, topic and task-specific videos and more.
Starting in Fall 2025, we’ll launch a series of demo and info sessions to introduce you to Workday. These sessions will give you a first look at the system, highlighting key features and increasing your awareness of how stakeholders will use Workday. They will also highlight selected changes between the current state and the future state.
They’ll set the stage for full Workday training, which officially kicks off in 2026.
Our internal training team, shown below, will be supported by 6 to 7 experts from Deloitte, ensuring a strong foundation for learning and long-term success.
