User Groups: Your Voice in Workday@Clemson
To support the successful implementation of Workday, Clemson established a dedicated change network featuring User Groups made up of faculty, staff and student workers from across every college, administrative unit, and its related organizations.
These User Groups ensure that a wide range of Clemson perspectives are reflected in the system’s design, testing and training. Members play a key role in shaping new Human Resources and Finance processes, testing the design of the system and providing feedback on training materials—ensuring the final product works for the people who will use it every day.
