The Leadership Signature Program (LSP) is an undergraduate certificate program for business students at Clemson that combines classroom learning with hands-on leadership experience. Spanning five semesters and 11 credit hours, it blends traditional leadership coursework with a structured, real-world practicum in which students progressively assume greater leadership roles.
What makes LSP distinctive is its "student-led company" model, where participants operate within an organizational structure and develop skills like teamwork, communication, and decision-making through projects, activities and leadership responsibilities. The program is designed to help students build practical leadership abilities, professional identity and the capacity to lead teams, organizations and change.
