Overview
The Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business opened to the public in 2020 with 24 classrooms, 14 team rooms and multiple event spaces. Students, faculty, staff and non-Clemson affiliates are welcome to reserve these spaces for classes, meetings, seminars, conferences and special events as permitted by the facility use policy.

Classrooms can be reserved by students, faculty, staff and non-Clemson affiliates.
The Phyfer Auditorium
The Phyfer Auditorium and Pre-function space on the ground floor of Chandler L. Burns Hall can be reserved by students, faculty, staff and non-Clemson affiliates. The largest classroom in the building, the 3,200-square-foot auditorium, features state-of-the-art audio-video technology and a movable setup for multiple space configurations. The Pre-functioning space allows hosts ample space for registration, refreshment stations and receptions.Amenities:

Conference Room 383
Conference Room 383, located on the 3rd floor of Chandler L. Burns Hall, can only be reserved by faculty, staff and non-Clemson affiliates. This intimate boardroom is ideal for a small meeting, holding up to 8 persons.Amenities:

Conference Room 387
Conference Room 387, located on the 3rd floor of Chandler L. Burns Hall, can only be reserved by faculty, staff and non-Clemson affiliates. This larger conference room is perfect for small board meetings seating up to 16 at the table.Amenities:

The Executive Boardroom
The Executive Boardroom and Terrace, located on Chandler L. Burns Hall's third floor, can only be reserved by faculty, staff and non-Clemson affiliates. This spacious boardroom holds 16 movable tables, allowing multiple seating configurations for meetings and special events. The space will hold up to 32 guests seated, boasting state-of-the-art technology for seamless virtual integrations.Amenities:

Does my reservation request confirm my reservation?
No, submitting a reservation request does not automatically confirm your reservation. Once your request is received, the events team will review your needs and determine if we can accommodate your event. You will receive an email to approve or deny your request within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).What is the cost of reserving space within the College?
All spaces within the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business are free of charge.What is included in my reservation?
Your reservation includes access to the reserved space and support from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business events team. Our team will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your event logistics, assist with space layout, conduct an A/V run-through, manage day-of logistics and provide minor tech support.What is not included in my reservation?
The Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business does not provide food and beverage services, parking accommodations or A/V production support for any of its spaces. Some spaces will require additional rentals from an outside company. If your event requires any of these items, our events team can assist you by connecting you with the appropriate parties.Are food and beverages allowed in the auditorium and classrooms?
Yes, food and beverages are allowed in the auditorium and classrooms. However, they may only be served in the hall or pre-function areas. Classroom and auditorium tables are not to be used for food or beverage service.
