Get Involved
Located a short distance from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business building, Douthit E offers an all-inclusive living experience for students. The community buildings offer spacious lounge areas and wet-core bathrooms, which are semi-private bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower behind locked doors. Students also have easy access to the Douthit Hills Hub, which includes an all-you-care-to-eat dining hall, a full fitness center, the campus bookstore and several retail dining options.

Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business
A short walk from Douthit E, CUBS students get to experience the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business building through classes and workshops held through CUBS.

The HUB
The HUB, located right next door to Douthit E, holds the Clemson Bookstore, Starbucks, Freshens Fresh Food Studio, a student fitness center and the Community Hub dining location.

CUBS Spaces
Students in CUBS have exclusive use of common areas found on the first floor of Douthit E. These rooms include the classroom, which hosts BUS 1010 and 1020 for CUBS students, the CUBS conference room and the CUBS lounge.



Douthit East Community Spaces
Students can access shared community spaces throughout Building E, such as the Douthit E Lobby, a Kitchen, a laundry room and several study spaces. Bathrooms throughout are known as wet-core bathrooms, which are semi-private bathrooms with a toilet, sink, and shower behind closed locking doors. Students can also utilize the outdoor area for studying or activities such as spike ball, volleyball, cornhole and more!







Rooms
Most rooms in Douthit E house two people in each room, but a few rooms will house three people at a reduced housing rate. Pictures below show examples of how former students have set up their rooms. Room measurements and other information can be found on the housing website.
