Master of Real Estate Development


Clemson University’s Master of Real Estate Development program is a 35 credit hour professional degree program that can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis. The program is administered by the Nieri Department of Construction, Development and Planning and draws courses from the academic disciplines of architecture, construction, finance, law, city and regional planning, and real estate.

Courses are primarily taught during the day, Monday through Thursday, between 8:30am-1:00pm. Class schedules and room assignments vary by semester. All courses are taught at Greenville ONE in downtown Greenville, SC.
