Major Discovery Night

General Engineering along with Tau Beta Pi, the Engineering Honor Society, is hosting its annual major exploration event - Major Discovery Night - on the evening of March 27, 2018 from 5:00 - 8:00pm. This event is an opportunity for freshman general engineering students to hear from Clemson alumni in a variety of professional roles to guide them in selecting their engineering major. Here is what one of our students had to say...

"While I was a freshman student, I was struggling between two different engineering majors. By attending Major Discovery Night, I was given the opportunity to meet and talk with professionals from different engineering fields in person and discover what major I really wanted to pursue. By communicating with those Clemson alumni and professors, I found out about what it is like to be an industrial engineer, and what professional engineers do at work every day. It was an awesome opportunity for me!"
