About CU Grow
CU Grow is a year-long program that focuses on the personal and professional growth of staff members at Clemson University. Founded in 2021, the program has more than 120 graduates who have left their indelible mark across the University.

What to Expect
Intentional Mentorship
All CU Grow participants are paired with a mentor who offers guidance, encouragement and honest feedback. These thoughtfully selected pairings create a space for learning, goal setting and personal growth through real conversations and support.
Personalized Development Planning
Throughout the year, participants will complete an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that helps them identify their goals and take meaningful steps toward achieving them. CU Grow equips participants with tools and accountability to stay on track.
Authentic Relationship Building
Growth happens in community. Participants connect with a diverse cohort of peers, building relationships across departments and roles, through cohort learning sessions, intentional discussions and group activities. These connections provide encouragement, perspective and a strong professional network.
Servant Leadership in Action
Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about impact. Through a capstone project and a day of community service, cohort members put leadership into action by identifying needs and driving change within Clemson and beyond.
