The 4-H Pinckney Leadership Camp is a transformative summer experience for rising 7th and 8th graders that blends leadership development with the fun and connection of a traditional camp. Through hands-on workshops, collaborative challenges, and meaningful community engagement, campers build confidence, strengthen teamwork skills, and form lasting friendships. Each camper leaves inspired and empowered to lead in their schools and communities.

Become a Junior Counselor
Want to return to 4-H Pinckney Leadership Camp in a new leadership role? Then you should apply to be a Junior Counselor! Camp Junior Counselor applications are open to middle school students who have attended the 4-H Pinckney Leadership Camp.
Junior Counselors will get the opportunity to work with program staff and camp counselors to help make this experience exciting for all.
