Registration Policy
Registration for class will close 1 week before the event date. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Payment Policy
If a participant's registration and payment are not received by the ISCT business office 48 hours in advance of a class, the participant will not be permitted to attend the class unless they have contacted the ISCT Team with regards to payment.
Cancellation Policy
- If a participant cancels their registration more than 48 hours before a class, their registration fee will be refunded, less a $35 processing fee.
- A participant may send a substitute in their place, if they inform the ISCT Team of the substitute’s name no later than 24 hours before the class.
- If a participant does not cancel before the 48-hour deadline their registration fee will not be refunded.
- No-shows have the option of paying $100 to re-register and reschedule for an alternate class date. This must be done within 1-month of the original class date.
- No-shows will not have their registration or re-registration fee refunded.
