Connecting Women in Agriculture across South Carolina
During this conference, the focus will be on connecting women in agriculture across the state with each other and providing educational information and resources they can use in the future.
The SC Women’s Agricultural Network 2024 Conference will be held on January 19 and 20, 2024 in Florence, SC. January 19 is Pre-Conference at Pee Dee REC with a Networking Social to follow. January 20 is an all day educational conference at SiMT.
Registration will be open starting October 1st. Hotel information is coming soon. Presentation proposals will be accepted from September 1 to October 16. Individuals interested in submitting a presentation proposal can submit this form. You can preview the questions in the form below or submit the form via email. SCWAgN Objectives:
- Empower women to be confident, strong stewards of the land.
- Provide unique opportunities for women in agriculture to expand their knowledge, expertise, and experience in their role as agriculture producers, educators, and professionals.
- Encourage networking opportunities by building a community of women ranchers, farmers, landowners, professionals, and educators.
Conference Goals
- To create a space for individuals to cultivate relationships.
- To provide opportunities for participants to connect with leaders in the agriculture community of South Carolina.
- To educate participants on a variety of agricultural topics.
