Budgets
What is my budget balance?
Follow the link to the Shared Services BVA Dashboard for real time information.
Purchase Orders (POs)
What are my open POs?
Log in to Data Warehouse, access the folder ‘System Run University Level Reports’, then ‘Daily Reports’ folder and view the ‘PO Detail with Encumbrance’ report. You will need to search for your department.
P-Card
How do I know if something is allowable on the P-card?
If you are in doubt, please reach out (to FSS@clemson.edu! Please visit Procurement’s website for information regarding allowable vs. unallowable charges. Common unallowable P-card charges are employee lodging, food/refreshments for employees and gifts/personal items for employees.
When are P-card reports due?
Cardholders are required to submit a monthly P-card report by the first Friday of each month. Each year a new P-card Cycle Deadlines list is posted online. Note: cardholders will submit 12 reports per year.
E&G funds
What is not allowable on E&G funds (Fund 15)?
Common unallowable E&G expenditures include food and refreshments for employees (including alcohol), gifts (including flower arrangements), prizes, giveaways for employees, personal expenses, business meals (employee portion), and any departmental entertainment and celebrations.
Suppliers
How do I know if a supplier is in BuyWays?
Log in to BuyWays and under the Supplier icon on the left pane, you can search for active suppliers.
How do I invite a new supplier to register?
Please refer to Procurement's Supplier Registration Process.
How does a supplier update their profile in BuyWays?
Suppliers will need to access their vendor portals to make updates or reach out to supplier@clemson.edu.

What are my Chartfield strings?
You can always reach out to FSS@clemson.edu or access the FIN PeopleSoft queries below and enter your department number at the prompt.
