Welcome to the Clemson University Charleston Innovation Campus (CIC) and Zucker Family Graduate Education Center (ZGEC)! The orientation program at CIC provides the information and resources to ensure a successful transition to your studies here in Charleston. All students new to CIC/ZGEC are encouraged to attend orientation. Graduate school students are also encouraged to participate in the departmental orientations as well as the graduate school orientation program at Clemson University's main campus. 2025 Fall Semester

Orientation for students accepted for the 2025 summer and fall semesters is scheduled for Tuesday, August 19, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be available for those attending. All students new to the Charleston Innovation Campus are strongly encouraged to attend. During the orientation you will meet key members of our campus administration and faculty. You will learn about the specifics of coursework, safety measures, campus and community resources as well as get your questions answered about the Charleston Innovation Campus. All full-time students are encouraged to attend in-person. Part-time students can attend in-person or via video link. For more information contact Rob Seay at raseay@clemson.edu.
