Our office aims to coordinate initiatives linked to optimizing institutional best practices in faculty evaluation. This work started with a university-wide change to implement new teaching effectiveness and evaluation guidelines. This work will evolve to include other critical areas of faculty evaluations, including annual evaluations and TPR/PTR Reviews. One of the primary goals of our Office is to improve evaluative processes so that faculty, departments, and colleges can make transparent, data-informed decisions.
