The Annual retreat focusing on the decision-making authority and strategic priorities alignment of department chairs and school directors is coordinated and operated by the Faculty Affairs Team. The regular OADC meetings center on timely informational and operational updates and provide networking time before and after the meetings. The communications and agendas are developed and coordinated by the Senior Associate Provost and the Faculty Affairs Team in consultation with one department chair or school director selected to run the regular OADC meetings.
