MONDAY: Meetings will begin at 8:00 a.m. SAHA registration desk opens at 7:00 a.m. Lunch and dinner will be on your own. THE GREENVILLE DRIVE (Class A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox) plays at Fluor Field in Greenville's West End. Located just a few blocks from the hotel, the mini replica of Boston's Fenway Park features a 30-foot-high "Green Monster," seats for more than 5,000 fans, and a hand-operated score-board. Check out one of the home games June 1 - 5.

TUESDAY: Morning meetings begin at 8:00 a.m. Board buses at 11:30 a.m. for a short trip to the campus of Clemson University for a tour of the Experiment Station, demonstration of Secure Milk Supply line of separation concept at Clemson's LaMaster Dairy, with final stops at Death Valley and the Clemson Football Operations Center. Dinner Tuesday evening will be at Chattooga Belle Farm, a 138-acre working farm and event destination boasting a stunning 270 degree view of rolling hills, vineyards and fruit orchards.

WEDNESDAY: Meetings at the hotel beginning at 8:00 a.m. and adjourning 11:30 a.m.
