Market to our Students
Ready, Set, Roar!
The Division of Student Affairs is proud to provide an opportunity to market to new students and families through our in-person Orientation experience — Ready, Set, Roar! With six sessions in June and five sessions in July — and potentially 3,000 students and their families visiting Clemson University's main campus — it’s an opportunity to be in front of thousands of people.
Each showcase takes place in the Almeda Jacks Ballrooms of Hendrix Student Center, where students and families are exposed to a wide variety of campus partners and local businesses to enhance their Clemson Experience.

Campus and Community Showcase
The Campus and Community Showcase will be held in the afternoon in Clemson's Hendrix Student Center. This is an opportunity to come and decorate a table, hand out some goodies and engage with incoming students! For $1,375 ($125 per day), this is the best value to be in front of new students.

Details:
• A table and two chairs will be provided for your use.
• We ask that if you commit to this opportunity, that you commit to ALL of the dates to ensure the same experience for all students.
• Use of Clemson University marks or co-branded items is not allowed.
• All giveaways and/or drawing prizes need to be pre-approved.
• Details on parking, load-in and other pieces will be emailed the week before each session.
• A limited number of parking spots are available.
• By completing the application form, you agree to participate and be invoiced for $1,375.

Community Offers
As a locally owned business, we invite you to be part of an exciting advertising opportunity — the Ready, Set, Roar! community offers. We encourage you to offer a special discount if the Ready, Set, Roar! student or family name badge is shown.
Details:
• A unique website has been designed specifically for our Ready, Set, Roar! program.
• Utilizing QR codes on the back of each name badge, students and families will be taken to this site, encouraging them to visit our partners for special deals during Orientation.
• With six sessions in June and five in July, and potentially 3,000 students and their families back on campus, it’s an opportunity to advertise to thousands of potential customers.

Fill out the Ready, Set, Roar! advertising form and attach your logo and desired text. All advertising files must be received by May 31. By completing this form, your business agrees to be invoiced for $250.
