The link below is to a list of relevant dates for Chapters to be aware of. This document will be updated throughout the current semester as changes happen. The most up-to-date document will always be linked on this page and any major changes will be communicated to chapter leadership. Items in orange and purple indicate an expectation of attendance.

Greek Roster
The Greek Roster System allows the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life to keep an accurate count of the membership in our fraternities and sororities at Clemson. All membership status changes are required to be submitted within 24 hours. It is important for a chapter roster to be updated in a timely manner so that membership is properly reflected in the semester grade report and FSL fee charges. For more information on the roster system, please email Helen Enniss.
The Greek Roster is only accessible to our Chapter Presidents. Presidents will need to use their personal Clemson credentials to gain access. If you are a chapter president and cannot gain access, please contact your council advisor in the Fraternity and Sorority Life Office. Access the Greek Roster System here.

Request a Presentation or Training
Fraternity and Sorority Life staff can facilitate a presentation or training for your members. We can develop a presentation to meet the needs of your chapter on various topics. We ask that you complete the online request form at least 3 weeks prior to the proposed date for the presentation. Click on this link to request a presentation.

Norris Guest Suite Reservations
Who Can Stay
- Available for visiting chapter consultants and speakers conducting official chapter business on campus.
- Priority given to on-campus chapters and those in extension/installation processes.
- Reservations must be made by the sponsoring chapter exec or department and pre-approved by the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.

How to Reserve
- Sponsoring chapter exec or department must complete the ONLINE FORM.
- All reservations require pre-approval.
Accommodations & Amenities
- Two-room suite: bedroom & living room.
- Queen bed, sofa, private bath, desk, TV, fridge, microwave, iron & board.
- Internet & local phone service included.
- Linens provided (fresh linens available for stays 3+ nights by calling 864-656-5450).
- Laundry facilities in the basement.
- No pets or smoking.
Rates & Payment
- $35/day + 11% tax (University Rate)
- $50/day + 11% tax (Non-university Rate)

Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-in: 8 a.m.–4 p.m. (M–F) at Norris Hall front desk.
- Weekend arrivals: Call Helen Enniss for key arrangements.
- Key return: All keys & cards must be returned to the white key box in the Norris Hall lobby.
- Lost keys/cards: $150 lock change fee charged to guest or responsible chapter.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel at least 5 working days before arrival—contact Helen Enniss.
- After 5 days: Cancellation fee = 1 night’s stay.
- No-shows: Charged 1 night’s stay + tax.

- Guests must arrange visitor parking permits through Parking Services.

Fraternity & Sorority Member Card Access
Fraternity Sorority Housing (FSH) Chapter Residents
FSH residents must be active “Full Members” of their chapter as reported through the University Greek Roster system. FSH Residents are granted 24/7 access to their chapter hall.
Fraternity Sorority Housing (FSH) Chapter Non-Residents
FSH non-residents must be active “Full Members” of their chapter as reported through the University Greek Roster system. FSH Non-Residents are granted access from 8 a.m. - 11:59 p.m., 7 days a week.
Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) Student Leader Access
FSL Student leaders must complete the Fraternity and Sorority Life Student Leader Access form at the beginning of their term to be granted extended access for the Norris office suite, Norris classroom, and Council/Chapter storage areas. To request a link to this form please email Fraternity Sorority Housing.
**Please refer all FSH specific card access issues to Fraternity Sorority Housing. You will need to provide your CUID, date, time, and where (building & door) where you had the card access issue.
