Program Leadership
The Workday@Clemson program leadership team, including the ERP Program Management Office (PMO), is responsible for driving the implementation forward and ensuring its success across all areas of the University.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor program progress, including risks, issues and dependencies
- Manage program finances from planning through implementation
- Oversee communications and address stakeholder concerns
- Evaluate and strengthen organizational readiness
Executive sponsors play a key role in ensuring Workday supports the University's mission of teaching, research and service.
