Description
The purpose of this committee is to develop a university-wide and university-connected mentoring system as a follow-on from the NSF ADVANCE Trailblazers program. To do this, structures of faculty mentoring programs from across campus (within departments, within colleges) are being compiled and topically discussed towards setting up connected, informed models and resources. This committee is also exploring establishing this as a standing committee versus other options.
This committee completed its work and was retired by the Committee on Committees on February 19, 2021.
