As faculty members at Clemson, PEPS fall under the guidance of all faculty. Information about the Faculty Senate is located on a separate page under Faculty and Staff Resources.
Clemson offers orientation for new faculty and staff each month.
The Faculty Manual is the handbook for all Clemson faculty, including postdoctoral and early professional scholars. It outlines relevant policies and procedures, including personnel and professional practices, dispute resolution, information about administrative structure, faculty participation in University governance, and resources relating to university policies.
International Employment
Workspace Concerns
Staff and Faculty Relations are housed within Clemson HR. Their services include management and remediation of performance and misconduct concerns, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and work-life resources are provided by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). CCIT
CCIT provides faculty with access to software and technology support, as well as information for new faculty and staff, visit Support Page.
CCIT TigerHub is a landing page of commonly used resources and online portals to provide quick access for employees, including links for IT, Research Computing and Data, Facilities and Maintenance, Parking Services, PrintSmart, etc.
Ombudsmen
An Ombuds is a confidential, independent, neutral, informal, and safe resource where the Clemson community can process concerns, get information, and develop options for moving forward in a difficult situation. The University Ombuds can provide education, conflict coaching, mediation, facilitation, and referrals to other resources across Clemson University. Office of Global Engagement/Immigration Services
The Office of Global Engagement (OGE) is dedicated to the international students and scholars who want to be part of Clemson University and the domestic students and faculty interested in building global connections.
Immigration Services, within the Office of Global Engagement, exists to ensure all international students, scholars, and faculty feel welcome at Clemson University. IS provides immigration and visa support and serves as a point of contact for international scholars with questions about visa status and requirements. Additionally, IS frequently holds orientation sessions for new J1 scholars.

Clemson University’s main campus is located in the City of Clemson, which is in Pickens County, SC. Some additional services and resources are available to those located on or near main campus.
Recreational Facilities
Campus Recreation offers facilities and programs that are available for employees, and employees can purchase memberships deducted from their paychecks.
