Request/Review a Non-Disclosure, Material Transfer, Data Use, or Other Agreement

Conducting research may involve the sharing of confidential information or materials with people and organizations outside of Clemson University. To protect your interests as an investigator and that of the University, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) assists with non-disclosure, material transfer, and data use agreements, which offer significant benefits for faculty.

Catalyst Award

Clemson University encourages faculty to develop collaborations with key stakeholders who have an interest in supporting a line of research. Stakeholders frequently wish to provide start-up or maintenance support to advance a line of inquiry, but require no set deliverables nor consider the funding as philanthropic support. The Catalyst Award Program (formerly Small Restricted Receipts) provides a mechanism to capture and grow these relationships.

Diverse, Equitable, Inclusive, and Accessible Workplaces

Federal agencies support diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible work, research, and funding environments that value mutual respect and personal integrity, safe and harassment-free environments wherever science is conducted and where people can learn, grow, and thrive. To achieve these goals, agencies are requiring research teams to develop plans that ensure equity and safety across all research work environments. Current requirements for each agency are included below.
