Electronic Research Administration (ERA)

Overview of the Department

The Electronic Research Administration (ERA) is a newly established, centralized department within the Division of Research, created to provide essential guidance and support across various areas of technology. Our focus is to streamline processes for staff members by assisting departments with systems like Infoed, IT support, technical assistance, and desktop support to ensure smooth operations.

Additionally, our team supports reporting, data analysis and data management and develops metrics to help departments across the division make informed decisions and maintain secure, organized data processes. We also manage departmental websites for the Division of Research, oversee their maintenance, updates, and security, and create digital content such as training materials and instructional media, enhancing technological capabilities and collaboration across the division.

For any questions please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page. If you don't find the information you're looking for there, feel free to reach out to ERA Director Mike Bryant.
