Note on Oral Presentation: For Silver Level sponsors and above wishing to utilize your complimentary presentation slot for an oral presentation, abstracts must be submitted by the general abstract deadline. Please check the submission portal for the most current dates, as extensions can be announced.
Presentation Opportunities for Sponsors
- Oral Presentations: Reserved for Silver level and above. Requires abstract submission by the deadline.
- Poster Presentations: We continue to accept applications for poster presentations even after the oral abstract deadline has passed.
Registration & Team Attendance
Every sponsorship package includes a specific number of complementary presenter passes. Your team will receive a unique coupon code for free registration.
Bringing additional team members?
If you exceed your allotted complementary passes, additional attendees must register based on their level of participation.
- Exhibitor registration: Best for staff managing the booth. Includes access to the reception, coffee breaks, snacks, and the banquet (Does NOT include access to technical sessions).
- Full Registration: Required for any staff member wishing to attend the oral presentations and technical sessions.

Each exhibition space will be equipped with the following:
