ENTR Curriculum Committee

Description

The purpose of this committee is to: 1) review new proposals for the ENTR course rubric and Entrepreneurship Minor; and, 2) review requested changes to pre-existing ENTR and Entrepreneurship Minor courses. If approved, proposals will be sent to the appropriate University Curriculum Committee for review. The committee is comprised of: the Arthur M. Spiro Professor of Entrepreneurial Leadership; the Spiro Institute Director; one faculty member per college; and non-voting resource members, as needed.

Each college at Clemson University will be appointed on a two-year basis to serve as a representative for the ENTR curriculum committee. The members will serve a two-year term that can be renewed in addition to actively participating and providing input on the ENTR and Entrepreneurship Minor curriculum. If no faculty member is nominated, the Dean of each college will nominate or recommend a faculty member to represent their college within the ENTR committee. The chair of the committe must be a regular faculty member and is elected by the committee.

Transfer Credit Equivalent
The chair of the ENTR curriculum committee is responsible for deciding on transfer credit equivalents.

Membership Composition

The chair is elected by and from the regular faculty members of the committee.
