A Legacy of Clemson Global Education

For 200 years, international education has been a key part of the Clemson Experience. Exploring new countries and experiencing new cultures expands students’ horizons, leading them to greater cultural understanding and contributing to improved career prospects. Beyond opportunities for personal growth, students who engage in education abroad during their Clemson career graduate at significantly faster rates with higher grade point averages.

The Pam Hendrix Center for Education Abroad within the Clemson Office of Global Engagement offers over 150 programs in 40 countries around the world each year. Our portfolio of opportunities ensures programming for all academic majors and includes a variety of faculty-directed summer study abroad programs, experiential learning opportunities, and semester-long programs coordinated through Clemson’s academic partners abroad.
