Onboarding and Access
Step One
Complete the FERPA Training Course in Tiger Training (contingent workers: see FERPA training for contingent workers).
Step Two
Read and sign the Information Systems Confidentiality Statement and email it to Security Representatives.
Step Three
Once your Confidentiality Statement is confirmed, submit the iROAR Security Request Form.
Registration Coordinator Onboarding
Registration Coordinators have a robust training program available for onboarding. All six phases must be completed. Phase I and II are required before any system access can be granted. A listing of the required phases is noted below. It is recommended to complete the phases in order when possible.

Phase 1: FERPA and Forms
Complete steps 1 - 3 as outlined in Request iROAR Access above.

Phase 2: Registration Coordinator 101
Complete the Registration Coordinator 101 Training. These are all the required videos for Banner 9 and 25 Live.

Phase 3: Schedule Meetings
Schedule your hands-on practice session and zoom meeting with a member of the Scheduling team in the Registrar’s Office. The link to schedule your meeting will be included in the email received after completion of Phase II.

Phase 4: Review Resources
Review Online Resources on the Registrar’s website for Scheduling on your own. This step can be done in conjunction with the other phases.

Phase 5: Registration Coordinator 102
Sign up for Registration Coordinator 102 Training. This is an in-person workshop available in February, May and September each year.

Phase 6: Meet your Mentor
Meet with your College Mentor. This can be done at any point based on your start date and the needs of the department and/or college.
