Ready, Set, Roar! is a supplemental in-person experience at Clemson University designed to orient students and guests to campus, their academic programs and connect them with other incoming Clemson Tigers. Plan Your Visit
Parking
All Ready, Set, Roar! parking will be in the R9 and R10 parking lot (PDF) for the duration of the program. Parking elsewhere on campus may result in a parking ticket. A shuttle will transport you from parking to check-in. We will have signs around campus to direct you to the correct parking lot and help you avoid construction on campus.
Housing Check-In
After you park in the designated parking lot for the event, Orientation Ambassadors will guide you to Douthit Hills to check into your overnight housing accommodations (students only).
Event Check-In
Upon your arrival to Memorial Auditorium, you’ll provide your name to check in to the event, receive a name tag, and have the option to grab some coffee, use the restroom and meet those around you before the opening session begins. Event check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. and concludes at 9 a.m.
What To Bring
- Full size bedding (sheets, bedding, pillow)
- Bathroom supplies (towels, toiletries, etc.)
- Reusable water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Umbrella
- Good walking shoes for campus exploration
- Backpack/tote/bag for carrying materials and swag
- Something to take notes on
- Phone for pictures and to exchange numbers with your new friends!
