Pricing & Registration
Single Day Participation - $1,500
Both Day Participation (discounted) - $3,000 → $2,225
Registration includes:
- Booth space (6 ft table and two chairs)
- Breakfast and Lunch for industry representatives (2)
- Targeted access to SCEEES’s undergraduate and graduate students
- Registration for two industry representatives
- Additional representatives may attend. Partner is asked to cover the meals of additional attendees at a add-on cost of $50/representative.

Common Questions and Answers
One of the most common questions we get is, "Who will be participating in the Industry Days event?"
Students in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences will be invited to participate. This includes undergraduates and graduates from the Glenn Department of Civil Engineering and the Department of Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences.

Can We Attend Both Days?
Yes, industry partners and students are welcome to attend both days. If you plan to participate on both days, please indicate this in your registration. Your booth space will remain the same throughout the event.

How are Payments Handled?
After submitting your registration, you will receive a pledge form (invoice) from our team. This will include your total cost (registration + any sponsorships) along with payment instructions. Payments can be made:
- By card through the “I Am A Tiger” portal
- By check payable to the Clemson Foundation

What is the Cancellation Policy?
All registrations and sponsorship contributions are final and non-refundable once the pledge form has been issued. While you may cancel your reservation up to one week prior to the event, refunds cannot be provided.

When Will I Receive Event Logistics?
Event logistics and important information will be shared with registered participants approximately two weeks prior to the event. Updates will also be posted on this webpage as the event approaches.

Is my registration tax-deductible?
Yes. All payments are processed through the Clemson Foundation and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We appreciate your support of our students and departments.

Do I need to Register?
Yes. Registration is required, as key parts of the event experience are accessed through the Guidebook app.

What Should I Wear?
Students are encouraged to dress in business attire.

We recommend bringing:
- Multiple copies of your resume
- A notebook and pen for notes and follow-up
- A bag for materials and giveaways

Students are welcome to attend both days. Review the event schedule and participating organizations to plan your time effectively.

Will Employers Be Hiring For Internships or Full-Time Roles?
Yes. Many employers will be promoting internships and full-time opportunities. Check the Guidebook app to identify which organizations are actively recruiting.
