Attend a Staff Senate Monthly Meeting
Staff Senate meetings take place on the second Thursday of every month. The Senate uses a Zoom webinar platform for our Full Senate meetings. Links and additional details are available on our Staff Senate website and the University calendar. We encourage you to join us in person, but we realize accessibility is a factor for some attendees.
We invite all Clemson University staff, faculty and students to attend our meetings. Other than Staff Senators, attendees are only eligible to speak during the “Open Commentary” section at the start of the monthly meetings. Registration is required if you’d like to participate during the open commentary period. We do not permit Senators and guests to comment or engage with a speaker during this period.

*NOTE: We do not have Full Senate meetings in April, July, or October.
Adding Senate Meetings to Your Calendar
- Navigate to the University Events Calendar
- In the search bar, type in Staff Senate
- Click on the meeting you want to add to your calendar to open the meeting details
- Click the "add to my calendar" button and save the iCal file
- Open the saved iCal file to add it to your calendar
Meeting Minutes
Our most current minutes can be found on Staff Senate blog.
Minutes will be available after being approved in the month following the meeting date (i.e. January minutes are approved at the February meeting and posted the day after.) To request meeting minutes from before 2021, please email us at staffsenate@clemson.edu.
