Hazing Prevention Coalition
Organizational Purpose
Clemson University's Hazing Prevention Coalition brings together campus partners to collaborate on education and prevention efforts, advocate for culture change around hazing on campus, and to provide resources to support safer methods of bringing new members into organizations and teams.
The group is responsible for:
- Assisting with the identification of opportunities for growth and improvement
- Attending scheduled meetings and participating on ad-hoc or subcommittees as opportunities arise
- Reviewing and responding to electronic communication
- Collaborating with campus partners and other key stakeholders
- Championing identified needs and opportunities for hazing prevention
- Communicating the works and efforts of the coalition with members of the campus community
