About the Scholarship
The Clemson University Summer Scholars Do Something Big Scholarship is provided through the generous donations of previous scholars and their families. This scholarship will provide financial assistance to scholars and their families in the award amount of up to $600 to selected students.
Scholarship Application and Award Process
Applicants must:
• Meet the eligibility requirements provided in this document.
• Complete and return the scholarship application by the deadline of February 16, 2024 by 5:00 PM EST via email to cusummerscholars@clemson.edu
Award Process:
• All scholarship applications will be reviewed by the Summer Scholars Leadership Staff and recipients will be selected and notified by March 8, 2024.
• Financial assistance will automatically be deducted from the scholars amount due in STRIPES, the camp registration system.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
• Have completed the registration process for at least one (1) Summer Scholars 2024 course and be eligible for the selected course.
• Demonstrate a need for financial assistance as outlined in the application.
• Show a sincere desire for learning and interest in camp as demonstrated in the short-answer responses.
• Complete and submit the scholarship application in its entirety to the provided email address by the provided deadline.
