AI Council
The Clemson University AI Council is a cross-University advisory and coordinating body composed of representatives from across the institution. The council helps inform Clemson’s human-centered approach to artificial intelligence by fostering collaboration across academic and operational areas and supporting coordinated strategy, guidance and engagement across the University.
Its work recognizes AI as an institutional transformation challenge that touches teaching and learning, research and innovation, operations, workforce development, governance, ethics and public trust. By bringing together perspectives from across Clemson, the council helps surface opportunities and risks, coordinate AI-related activity and recommend priorities, policies, practices and investments that support innovation while protecting trust, accountability, privacy, security, academic integrity and responsible use.
