AI at Clemson

Resources for AI and Teaching

TEACH-AI: Teaching, Exploration, And Community Hub for AI, is a large, dynamic community of practice dedicated to bringing together Clemson instructors in exploring the role of generative AI (GenAI) in teaching and learning. This new hub is advancing collaboration across colleges, supporting ethical GenAI use, and building high-level GenAI literacy. Launched in Fall, 2025 by the Office of Teaching Effectiveness and Innovation and Clemson Libraries, it is designed to serve as a central resource for instructional support and innovation focused on artificial intelligence, pedagogy, and curriculum innovation. In Spring 2026, membership is nearing 100.

Our Goals

TEACH-AI is designed to advance Clemson’s leadership in AI-enhanced teaching and learning through two primary goals:

Goal 1

Foster a collaborative network of AI Faculty Champions who are already integrating AI tools and concepts into their teaching practices. This group will serve as a community of practice to share strategies, resources, and innovations.

Goal 2

Expand support and engagement across all colleges by scaling up resources, consultations, and programming to help more faculty explore and implement AI in their courses.

Join the TEACH-AI Community

Through a distributed leadership model and hub organization, TEACH-AI supports faculty interests at all levels and helps develop communities of practice. Members share expertise and join together for discussions, webinars, and information sessions.

When joining TEACH-AI, members complete (or have already completed) foundational training in GenAI systems and familiarize themselves with literacy, ethic, community standards, and Clemson policies. The TEACH-AI members are excellent stewards for conversations about AI and teaching, under the AI at Clemson umbrella.
