Mr. Chandler is at RJS Properties in Charlotte, NC and responsible for operations, acquisitions and dispositions. The firm (formed in 1998 by Robert Sweeney) acquires low rent NNN leased properties and value add assets in the Southeast. Prior to that, Dave worked for 27 years with Faison in Charlotte, NC. There he was responsible for placing short and long-term debt for the company as well as structuring equity real estate investments. Mr. Chandler has undergraduate and Master of Science degrees in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
