Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Oregon State University
Dr. Jackson is an accomplished civil engineer, educator and academic administrator with over thirty-five years of experience. His professional career includes employment in both the public and private sectors, including technical, management and leadership roles. He earned the Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He has served Clemson University as Department Chair, doubling the number of students, faculty and staff for the Construction Science and Management (CSM) Department and facilitating significant growth in departmental resources, including a $5 Million naming endowment and over $500k in recurring annual contributions to the department.
