Chad is a Development Director at Alliance Residential Company, and is based in Charlotte, NC. Headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Alliance is focused on the development, construction, and acquisition of residential communities across 16 states and 39 metros making it one of the largest residential developers in the US. Chad is responsible for managing the execution of all multifamily development opportunities within the Carolinas and the Mid-Atlantic region. This includes overseeing everything within the development project management process from the beginning of design, land closing, to final completion and/or disposition of the asset. He has worked in the real estate industry since 2014, closing 4,700 multifamily units, totaling $1 billion in capitalized value. Chad earned his BA from Florida Atlantic University and a MRED from Clemson University.
